This notice is written for the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. The short version: this site runs no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, has no accounts and no forms, and the only personal information it ever holds is an email you choose to send.
What is collected
- Hosting logs. The hosting provider records the usual request data (IP address, page requested, time, browser type) to serve the pages and defend against abuse. We don't add tracking to it and don't analyse it for individuals.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep the message and your address for as long as the conversation needs, then delete it. We don't add addresses to any list; there is no newsletter.
- Nothing else. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, no social widgets. The calculator on the difficulty page runs in your browser and sends nothing.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies. The hosting provider may set a security cookie during a challenge page; that's theirs, and it's described in their policy.
Links to other sites
Links to casinos, where they exist, go through an address on this site that redirects to the casino's affiliate link. The casino then knows a visitor came from here; it doesn't learn who you are from us, because we don't know. Links to sources (the provider, legislation, app stores, help services) are ordinary links, and those sites have their own notices.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain, by email. In practice the answer is "an email, if you sent one". If we can't resolve a complaint, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) handles privacy complaints in Australia.
Changes
If the site ever collects more than this, the notice changes first and the date at the top moves.
